1. INTRODUCTION Welcome to MJRD Chem Pro Trade. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • “We/Us/Supplier” – MJRD Chem Pro Trade and its authorized sellers/exporters.

  • “You/Customer” – The purchaser or buyer of our products.

  • “Products” – Chemical products and related materials supplied by us.

  • “Agreement” – These Terms of Service and any additional agreements entered into.

3. ELIGIBILITY To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  • All orders must be placed in bulk and are subject to approval.

  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions.

  • Payments must be made via wire transfer (T/T) or an irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) at sight.

  • Orders under $50,000 must be paid via T/T 15 days before shipment.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped under FOB, CFR, or CIF terms as agreed in the contract.

  • Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or shipping disruptions.

6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of quality discrepancies, which must be reported within 20 days of product arrival.

  • Claims for quantity discrepancies must be submitted within 15 days of arrival.

  • Any approved refund or replacement will be processed based on our review and mutual agreement.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All trademarks, trade names, patents, and proprietary information related to MJRD Chem Pro Trade remain our exclusive property.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We do not provide warranties for the fitness of a product for a particular purpose unless explicitly agreed upon.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

  • We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political instability, or supplier failures.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be settled through negotiation.

  • If unresolved, arbitration will take place at Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

  • The arbitration language shall be English.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
